up to 5th Season Alex Karev was kind of PIG but Izzie could change Alex`s mind 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Eh, give him a break, he had a tough childhood. While he is a jerk plenty of times, he does have a good heart. He's especially good at standing up for those who can't stand up for themselves. It's why he'll make an excellent peds surgeon. Do you find this valuable?
