Song on Episode 24 Season 6 "Death and all his friends"

I am really desperate in finding the song in the scene when Derek has been shot and lies on the operate table in the OR and Meredith kisses him. In this episode: http://www.megavideo.com/?v=LWQCI1BW , the song starts at 10:24 and lasts for only like 15 or 10 seconds, and I have been googling like crazy but I cannot find out what song it is! Is there any sweethearts out there who wants to help me? Pleaase, and thank you so much!
