I'm sure nobody will read any kind of offense here, so no worries there.Assuming you are current with the show (since you speak of Owen), I'd say the simple and kind of obvious answer is no, specially because Burke and the actor who played him (Isaiah Washington) have long been off the show never to return again, mostly due to differences between the actor and specially one of his co-stars and the people in charge of the show. Those two never really worked too well together anyway, imho, so... Do you find this valuable? |

Sorry wont happen they let him go because of his homophobia slurs, because he had made a statement in a conference towards George's sexual orientation, which lead him to lose his role. Sucks but people are selfish in this world... I wish he would return!

Sucks but people are selfish in this world... I wish he would return!"How was Washington's bigotry caused by others' greed? It wasn't. Washington is an adult and is responsible for his own actions. He also is the one who sent his lawyers after the show because in a 5 second clip they showed an article explaining what had happened to Burke after leaving Seattle Grace. As Burke/Yang, I really don't see that happening. Burke used and twisted Christina until she was unrecognizable and then threw her away, and it's safe to say that she has grown enough not to let that happen again or to let him back into her life. She also has a much better connection with Owen, emotionally, even if she's much more guarded now. Do you find this valuable? |

I doubt it, the actor who played Burke basically burned all bridges when he left. He probably won't be returning. I hope I'm wrong though, Burke and Cristina made a wonderful couple. What Cristina said later about Burke changing her into a totally different person was in my opinion intended simply as closure for the fans; during his time on the show I didn't perceive their relationship like that. I thought they had genuine chemistry, and real affection for each other. It's just that when you have two headstrong individuals like Burke and Cristina together who are both completely devoted to their careers, their relationship is going to suffer. Owen's slightly different to Burke in that respect, I suspect he'd choose love over medicine if forced to choose. Owen's a really nice guy in a lot of ways, he has a kind heart. Burke tended towards arrogance. Do you find this valuable? |
