Slexie :( I totally understand her reaction. I mean her boyfriend did impregnate another woman in the brief moments they weren't together. And it has happened in the past! I totally understand why she did what she did and I actually thought it was going to be worse - like bursting into tears in front of him and giving a huge speech about how she thought she could trust him. But that would be a LOT of drama.

Onto the good things: BAILEY!!! I just went onto her page on Twitter and watching everyone Tweet in the ORs was so hilarious. How people Tweeted her back with procedures that could work, and how the chief hated the idea until that former colleague of his addressed him and the chief went Twitter crazy and looked in Dr. Grey's diaries to find an answer to give to a fellow Tweeter.

This is one of her funniest Tweets:
"Bailey wants everyone to know that it is highly inappropriate to ask someone out on a date in front of the entire twitterverse."
MAJOR LOL :D

CALZONAAAAAA IS BACK!!! Arizona didn't bail! I loved her speech at the end! They are having a baby together! YEY!!! <3

Meredith was so amazing in this episode. How she talked to Alex about her Herpes experience with her mother. It was so sweet. She wasn't the person her mother thought she was, but she did her best to help her mother anyway :)

And Cristina. I thought she was crying and I seriously felt like punching Avery when he said that. But Cristina ROCKED! She totally faked it and since Owen was at the dentist she got to scrub in! That was smart! That was the Cristina we've loved since the start. And you could see that when she was being nice to the patient before the surgery, she wasn't trying to get more points than Avery, it really came from her heart.

"And Cristina. I thought she was crying"
Oh? I totally knew she was faking. It's just sooooooooo Christina to do something like that :) And it was awesome :)

And yeah, CALZONAAAAAA IS BACK!!! That speech at the end was really cool.
"And if you ever sleep with anyone else again, man or woman, I will kick the crap out of you! Now you sit your ass back down there, because that's my baby in there and I don't want anything happening to my baby!" <-- LOOOL

Also, that part at the OB/GYN, when she asks "And who the hell are you?"... Mark and Arizona start going "umm, err, ahh...", but Callie just says it direct and to the point: "lesbian lover, baby daddy." <-- brilliant!

Other great quotes from the ep:
Callie: "Do not wait until this kid comes out, looking all Sloany" <-- I love Buffyspeak. I really do :)

Arizona: "I might be having Mark Sloan's baby."
Teddy: "Oh good lord, he got to you too?"
<-- AAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! ROFL

Alex: "You need to get over this thing where you're just thinking of her as your wife. Because your wife is the only person twisted enough to handle this crap." <-- ah yes, the dark and twisty Meredith...

Unfortunately a sad thing in the ep too, as you said, Slexie :(
Lexie: "How the hell did you get me in this position... *twice* !" <--- poor Lexie. Though that face Mark makes at her when she's babbling how Callie could have gotten pregnant... I can't help but laugh. I've watched the scene like 20 times now. Gets me every time.

Hmm, what are the chances Lexie will come around and join the group? Mark really does love her, and he fought hard to win her back...

I loved every quote you got Gusar. But I especially loved the way Callie freaked out at the OB/GYN, when she paged Mark 911 and you could just seem him turn around and run like hell. Or his reaction when he found out there was nothing wrong and the cute little speech she gave. And yeah, the "lesbian lover, baby daddy" was hilarious. Or how Callie drove the doctor crazy because she was afraid something was wrong with her baby :)

But Avery was such an ass when he spoke to Cristina about the months when she wasn't working. I seriously never thought he would get to that point! He deserved a great deal of ass kicking from Owen!

Didn't see much of Denny 2.0 today... Nothing at all, actually....

I only expected more of MerDer. There wasn't anything interesting for them today... He just operated on a couple of people, and she did charts. They didn't do anything big today and I really did expect more... Still, Derek was amazing with the whole clinical trial. And as I mentioned before, Meredith was too when she was talking about dealing with Alzheimer's. They did things on their own, but not a lot together. And like Meredith said in one of my all-time favorite Grey's episodes, I agree with her by believing they "can be extraordinary together rather than ordinary apart". And that didn't show too much in this episode, only at the end when he finally lets Meredith assist him with the Clinical Trial.

I have just seen this and read you guys' comments.

I mostly have to say the quotes already mentioned by Gusar were indeed big highlights. We had been pretty spoiled already anyway for what was actually going to happen plot-wise. ABC shouldn't really release all those spoilers in advance! I can't help but checking them out and then... LOL ;)

Still, again good mix between humor and drama moments. I never get tired of saying this.

Webber was "converted" to the "****" thing (oops... ;)) pretty fast, as expected, and I think it's awesome we actually have a real life Bailey Twitter, even though I personally don't know the first thing about using it. I'm almost as Webber was at first right now. Never been a Twitter person at all, but in this case the benefits were very interesting. Like I said, I don't know if this could have any kind of correspondence in real life, but still...

I'm glad to see the way you guys seem to have liked the way Yang got ahead of Avery. I have to admit it was pretty smart, even though it ticked me off a little bit, mostly because that's not who I am at all in real life. No biggie.

I'm also happy for Meredith for getting into the trial. It was only fair and only a matter of time, really, but still good to see.
