Bailey's character is a woman in medicine who is so like many women

Bailey, I love your character. You are true to women in the field of medicine and the balancing act they do all the time. It is not easy and sometimes making the difficult decisions will make family members unhappy but you are in the chief seat of decision making and you just may not be there all the time and while that may not sound good to some, you love your child, you want the best for them but your career is also a gift from God so you become a juggler every day. You go girl ! Do you find this valuable?

Seeing this post, I had to drop by ,if nothing else, just to quote it for truth.

There are many reasons why I watch this show, but I gotta say Bailey is the biggest one of them all. Newbold summed it up pretty well why, even though I must add some she brings some hilarious humor as well.
Indeed go Bailey. I hope she never leaves the show and the writers never change who she is.

Bailey is AMAZING! She can juggle stuff all at once, knows what to do, works well under pressure but knows when to give up (I thought it was really sad when doctor percy died in her hands alongs with the female patient's). She can be professional but still take things personally and she is (as George mentions when writting a letter) "dependibly selfless" (though I'm not sure if it was "selflessly dependable"). She's just... Words can't describe her personality!!! I really do love her character!!! I agree with the previous posts :D Do you find this valuable?
