my favorite meredith and derek moment is when meredith comes to derek's side after derek and mark get into a fist fight, and my other favorite moment is when Derek finally proposes to meredith in elevator love letter. I think that was the best and the most romantic proposal ive ever seen on tv.

I've got so many so I probably would list the top three:1) Season 2 - When he runs after her to the exam room during the prom and the entire encounter in the exam room. 2) Season 3 - When he's trying to save her after she's drowned and he's sitting in the hallway crying 3) Season 4 - The candle floor plan scene - the music, the candles, the "nagging wife" bit, the bottle of champagne, and then that kiss... 4 out of 4 found this valuable.
