I know that Derek will be back ,and things will be fine between him and meredith.

Izzie 's sickness is the highlight of the episode ,and the fact that they all know now.
I think this will bring them together more than ever.
I loved the scene in the end where they were taking care of her. It was very touching

I'm worried about poor Alex ,It's like everywoman he loves ,leaves him 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
