After the episode Stairway to Heaven, im sure its just not me who was absolutely reeling with delight at Derek holding that engagement ring and i personally cant wait till he pops the big question. But the main question is, what will Meredith say?

When Derek was married to Addison but didn't want to show up at thanksgiving. So he stayed at the hospital working with Meredith on a case of a man who was in some sort of coma and looking at Meredith. Remember the episode? Hopefully Meredith and Derek will get married in the season finale on May 14,2009 and Meredith will finally be dr. grey Shepherd. Grey Shepherd sounds bettter than just Dr. Meredith grey.
