"I thought the episode was really good. I am glad that Bailey finally stood up to Erica, that is the Bailey we all know and love. I am kinda warming up to the idea of Izzie and Alex together, he did not seem to act like a total a** towards Izzie and he just need to learn to communicate better in is relationships. YAY for George and Lexie, I hope they will stay as great friends. I am also glad that Meredith and Derek seem to be at a good patch in their relationship."
