The Grey's Anatomy Season 4 is long past over. Now that our former "Interns" are now Residents, new characters were introduced at the end of Season 3 and throughout Season 4. A lot of unanswered and unresolved plots and questions were cleared up in the Season 3 finale of Grey's Anatomy.

The character of Dr. Burke was cut from Grey's Anatomy Season 4. No reason was given by the studio why the character was written out. This season showed Dr. Yang dealing with the aftermath of being deserted at the altar.
