  • Arrives in Seattle and gets a punch in the face for talking to Meredith, Mark tries to talk Addison into going back to New York with him.
Season 3
  • Mark moves back to Seattle for good.
  • Had a one night stand with Callie Torres
  • He doesn't teach interns, he sends them to do errands, like coffee, dry cleaning, talking to the D.M.V on his mobile (cell)
  • Addison tells Mark to go 60 days with no sex and they will try again as a couple, Mark tells Addison that he couldn't go the full 60 days and they should just start seeing other people.
Season 4
  • Keeps hinting at a threesome with Callie, Erica, which drives Callie insane.
  • Still has casual sex with Callie in the on call room
  • He teaches Callie how to enjoy being a lesbian, and Callie compares the sex between a man and a female and she discovers that it's the same for her.
Season 5
  • Secretly starts sleeping and dating Lexie Grey
