Season 4: They just knew of each other, not really anything personal. Have one scene together, in episode crash into me P1.

Season 5: Things start heating up :)
Lexie moves in with Mark Lexie gets jealous when Callie walks in on Mark while he is taking a shower. Lexie tells Mark she's too young to be a grandmother and moves back to Meredith's.
Season 6
Lexie starts a relationship with Alex, and Mark realizes he still loves Lexie but he needs to move on and start seeing other people as well
Season 7
Lexie suffering from lack of sleep and a bad case of PTSD, Mark admits her to psych against her will. Lexie and Mark try again and, this time Lexie can't believe Mark has put her in the same position twice and she walks out. Mark seeing how upset Lexie is tells Jackson to keep and eye out for her.
Season 8
Lexie shows signs of still having feelings for Mark, when during a softball game she threw a ball at Mark's new girlfriend hitting her in the boob.
