Isaiah should probably stop talking. His excuses for his words are poor. If he felt that he said nothing wrong, he would not feel the need to continuously defend himself. Even if the statement was not directed at T.R., his own definition of the word as meaning "weak", is almost worse. This definition makes me believe that this is not an isolated incident, and that he is indeed homophobic, as he is definining individuals referred to with the "F word" as weak. I think he needs to drop it, or he is going to have a hard time finding work in the future.

I never really heard how he used the word or who or what he meant by it. T.R. over heard him say it and either heard something else that pointed to him or let his own imagination assume it was himself that was being refered to. In England a fag or faggot is a end of a cigarette..
I guess I'm saying can life be so serious? I'm Fat. Should I ostrasize all media who often shout fat fat fat? Actually I'd like to fire all of them and have them go to sensetivity class.

Any moron can go around shouting racial slurs, if the shoe was on the other foot and someone had called him nigger then the whole thing would have been made in to a big ordeal.
As a story line wouldn't it be great if his character ended being gay! No telling what the moron would learn.
