Season 6 (he only appeared in this season)
  • Charles was part of the group of residents that came to Seattle Grace with the merger of Mercy West
  • Charles made Izzie so angry she mistreated a patient and she lost her job because of it
  • Charles admits he loves Reed
  • When a shooter comes into the hospital seeking revenge, Charles gets shot in the stomach and later dies of his injuries.
  • He asks Miranda Bailey to pass on a message to Reed and tell her he has always been in love with her.
