Season 6
  • She came to Seattle Grace as part of the merger.
  • She found it hard to cope and was always writing in her notepad.
  • She killed a patient by missing a basic step and was fired.
  • Derek Shepherd rehired April once he became chief.
  • April became Derek's personal assistant, and she wasn't sure if she will become a surgeon again.
  • On Valentine's day April and Derek lost a patient and Derek told her "If you don't feel the losses, your not caring or (something like that have to re-watch??)
  • She tells Gary Clark her life story so he wouldn't shoot her, she grew up on a farm and she hasn't been in love.
Season 7
  • She moves into Meredith and Derek's after the shooting
