Season 3

Alex rescues a heavily pregnant woman at the site of a ferryboat disaster, he originally thought the woman was dead until she moaned.
Alex became good friends to the patient the hospital dubbed Jane Doe, as she had no memory of who she was.
Jane Doe need facial reconstruction so she can keep breathing.
Mark Sloan the plastics doctor gave Jane Doe 3 photos to choose from.
Alex gives all the photos names.
Ava was the name Jane Doe chose and the face she wanted when she went into surgery.

Season 4

Rebecca comes back to Seattle to rekindle her relationship with Alex.
Rebecca tries to convince Alex that she was pregnant.
Rebecca tries to commit suicide by cutting her wrists.
