i hear ya on that! it was shocking enough the things derek said to meredith, and there was this glimmer of hope (For me anyway) when she mentioned she knew about the ring and you could see recognition in his eyes... and then when he took it out, ...just to be shattered when he hit it away with the bat. wow. :(
and yeah, Bailey calling Adele on the chief was pretty hilarious! hahahaha.
