As the title says, LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. This'll be a fun ep

No, that's not really the ep's title. But that's what Julia, Mark's girlfriend, is - a second Lexie. Which brings me to the funniest moment of the ep: Lexie (about Julia): "Damn. Now I like her." <-- LOL
Unfortunately, afterwards shit hit the fan. The daughter making the decision to take her father off life-support, just after she had to watch her grandmother and mother die... Holy eff, was that harsh. And of course, Christina informing Teddy about Henry: Teddy: "I need you... I ned you to say it." Christina: "Henry is dead." *silence* ^^ that moment of silence. That was... perfect. An odd thing to say about such a situation, but from a storytelling perspective, it's... perfect. The best Buffy ep is the one where, aside from the opening theme, there is not one tone of ambient music. Not a tone. Because when you're hit with the hard reality that a loved one has passed, there is no music. There's just the revelation. So yeah, that moment of silence... perfect. I knew it!! I knew it!! When the doorbell rang, I knew who's at the door!! A nice surprise, I must say.

We are left with many questions?
How does Teddy react once she learns her beloved Henry has died, and Owen didn't tell her? In the wake of Henry's death, now that Cristina is aware of who died. How does Teddy treat her? Alex and Meredith stranded out in the middle of nowhere? What happened? Did the other car explode making the ambulance violently shake like it did? Or was the ground struck by lighting, like in the football game last season? Do Derek and Meredith try and have another baby?

Just two quick ones for now, I'm still watching:
- A beating heart in a box! I want one!! :)) - I think they'll need to put a higher desk into April's office. LOL Ok, and now the rest: Oh, wow, reminiscing about George.... Yeah, he was cool. Too bad backstage drama made him gone. Mama O'Malley is awesome too. That was one awesome family. Really cool that we got to see Mama O'Malley again. A mama not just to George and the rest of her boys, but also a mama to Callie. Also, the Mark/Jackson bromance... LOOOOOOOOOL. Seriously, LOL. And was it just me, or was Lexie just about to have an orgasm as she was typing the story? :))))))))))))))) Alfre Woodard rocks. Oooh, Jackson stops fooling himself and ends it with Lexie. Good. Like I said, he's not stupid. And hey, he's the "plastics posse", he can't drop that. :))) Ooooooooooo, now I get it! Nathan is Jackson and Alexander is Mark. And Kate is Lexie. Awesome! Awesome! Yeah, it's so awesome, it's worth repeating. :) Karev "craps puppies" <-- Hahahahaha

Ok, let's see if we can bring this place to live again. I didn't make notes during watching so I've probably missed a few cool things, but here goes...
Did I mention already how much I love Callie and her enthusiasm for breaking bones? Well, even if I did, I'm mentioning it again. She's awesome. The only thing better than a "breaks bones" Callie is a horny Callie. And what to you know, we had that too! Word of the day: "orgasm". LOL Then, who knew Webber could be such fun. Sneaking around and such, trying to work around Bailey... there couldn't be such fun stories with him when he was chief. Funniest part - of course, when Christina and Owen wanted to have sex in the on-call room; when he said it's his beeper that's beeping, thus revealing that he's there and that Christiina/Owen were about to have sex while he was in the room... LOOOOL. Wooohoooooooo April, you go girl! When it really comes to it, she can be tough. That's what I was missing throughout this season, I knew she can be though, she showed it a few times last season already. Also, is it just me, or has Sarah Drew gotten pregnancy boobs? :) Not that I mind. :) Oh yeah, more words of the day: "naked... wet... shower..." Man, it's so nice to have Lexie back! Also: "Hey, can you go have sex with him and make him be nicer?" <- ROFL All in all, awesome ep. Classic Grey's. With some good patient-of-the-week drama as too, the mother with the tumor. Meredith talking to the father in the parking lot... that was... real.

I am really desperate in finding the song in the scene when Derek has been shot and lies on the operate table in the OR and Meredith kisses him. What the **** is up with Callie's mom not holding her baby? Is it because it's out of wedlock or because of the fact that Calllie is gay, what? that part I didn't get. And is it just me or is Mark getting skinny? He looks sick, is he alright? And why didn't they take a moment of silelce for Arizona's brother I noticed they didn't do that after all, and it kind of upset me. Oh well. I am glad though that Merideth and Derick finally did make it offical! hooray! After all these years, they finally got married for real, now watch, something will go wrong with the adoption.

I CRIED like a baby cuz I haven't seen my son for month's, and him being a firefighter, I worry about him all of the time so I know what it's like to hold your child for the first time whether it be ever, or just in a long time, I cried. Motherhood is motherhood.

Derek and Meredith seem happy enough together thus far and are even talking BABY now! However, we all know their commitment was made to each other via post-it note. Do you think that's an adequate enough commitment to each other or do you think they should've gotten married.
What if it were you? Would you be satisfied with this if you were Meredith or Derek?

Driving myself crazy trying to find out wich episode I have this memory from. Been looking for 2 days now, and no result :(
My memory, is, (I think) It's Alex Karev, in the bathroom or shower, and Izzie Stevens has a breaktrough with him, and he cries so heartbroken... Just sitting in the shower or a bathtub with clothes on.... She climbs in behind him, and comforts him.. Does anybody know? Would be so greatful for any help! <3 :)

An elderly patient admitted into the E.R. for a heart condition sees a familiar face, a long lost love who happens to be in the E.R. as well for a fractured arm, and the staff find themselves caught up in their love story. Meanwhile, Karev treats a troubled teenage patient whose parents brought her in for schizophrenia, and Meredith can't help but tell Cristina about her suspicions of Owen -- which inevitably messes with Cristina's head.
